- Assessment: Identify current state and potential fixes. Assess effort and impact of potential fixes.
- Prioritize: Organize potential fixes by effort vs impact. Prioritize with you.
- Implementation: Address issues in priority order until budget is devoured
- Conclusion scoring: Gather "after" KPIs for comparison
Setting expectations:
- Many speed-impacting factors are outside our control, such as core BC code or 3rd party apps/scripts
- Some issues may be cost prohibitive to address (significant effort for little return)
- Some solutions may be to abandon certain 3rd party tools that could be biggest contributors
Additional Details:
- 20 hour block @ $3,300 ($165/hour)
- 35 hour block @ $5,600 ($160/hour)
- 50 hour block @ $7,750 ($155/hour)
- Two month CRO service retainer
- Additional hours will be billed at the initial rate. No additional hours will be billed without authorization
